It has 905 hours on it and has spent its summers in a slip at Blue Mesa reservoir in Gunnison, CO. It has spent it's winters inside in a heated shop at Erie, CO. It has been well maintained and the trailer has less than 4000 miles on it. I put new tires on it last year only because of the age of the original tires.
