If you receive an error saying that your email or password is invalid, it can be because of one of the following reasons
- You misspell you email or the password
Please carefully check your spelling and make sure everything is correct. Our system is cAsE-iNsEnSiTiVe, i.e. "word" is same as "WORD".
- Your account is not active
All users, except for those who purchase a paid service(s), should receive an email with an activation link in it. If you were expecting, but never received an activation link, please try to re-send it to yourself. If that doesn't work, contact us about it.
